Delivery + Returns

Delivery

All online orders will be accepted via PayPal which is a secure payment system.  No orders will be dispatched or accepted unless payment is received via PayPal on placing the order. All products supplied remain the property of Allegoric Designs until we have received final payment of all monies owing in respect of those goods in full.

The shipping cost is for UK inland deliveries only.  We cannot currently support overseas or outside UK mainland orders on our website. At the moment we can only deliver within the UK but are looking to deliver overseas so if you are interested in overseas delivery please send us an email. We are happy to look at individual orders and shipping costs overseas on an order by order basis. Standard delivery in the UK mainland lead time is between 5 – 10 working days of receiving your order. However during December this may take upto 10 days so please allow for this when making an order.

If we cannot for any reason meet these timescales will contact you as soon as possible to let you know an expected delivery date or give you the option to cancel the order. We use Royal Mail, DHL and Interlink for our deliveries and rely on their stated timescales but we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive on time (we very much hope it does of course!)

If you would like delivery quicker than our standard delivery please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate although this may incur an extra delivery charge.

 

Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged when it arrives please contact us within 1 working day of delivery and we will send you a replacement.  You will need to send us the original item back but when we receive it we will refund your postage.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances: We do not have the items you have ordered currently in stock, the products you have ordered have been listed at an incorrect price due to error or we cannot deliver to your area. If your order is not processed because these reasons apply we will let you know by email and will refund any amount of cleared payment to us in respect of this order back onto your debit/credit card as soon as possible but within 30 days.
