What we collect and why

When you shop with Allegoric Designs, there are different ways we gather information about you and by using the site you are agreeing to our privacy policy.

When you register an account with us or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and, if you place an order, your credit card details which are not kept or processed by us but by Paypal who have strict privacy regulations. We do not keep a record of your credit card information but we keep a record of the other information. All this is necessary for us to recognise you as a customer and to fulfil the orders you place with us. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery partners in addition to Paypal.

Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. An opt-out option is available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter we may send you.

We keep a record of your purchases with us; this means we can send you exclusive offers and news of new products and stuff we think you might be interested in.It also means we can deal quickly with any problems you may experience with your order.

We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us keep track of any problems or concerns you’ve had with our products or services.

We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party that is not involved in the fulfilment of your order.
